After the Soke Cup, we were fortunate to be included in the Succession Ceremony, 14 Aug 2023. The official video of the ceremony is now available to watch on youtube. See below.
The leadership has now officially been passed from 2nd Generation to 3rd Generation Soke. This kind of ceremony normally takes place after a Soke passes away, so to my knowledge, this is the first time ever in any karate style that the title has been passed from one living Soke to the next.
As a long time students of the 2nd Generation Soke, we're very pleased to still be able to continue to learn from him whilst also moving into the future with our new Soke.
