About This Course

Basic Training Routine

The basic training routine in the video above will be the same every time and it will form the foundation of your training throughout the challenge. It is  not  designed to give you detailed explanations of how to do things, but it should go at a pace that you can follow, but it should still be suitably challenging.

The main purpose of this training routine is to help you get into the habit of doing productive home training that is suitable for new students.

Optional Extra Training - Fitness Challenge Routine #1

If you just didn't get enough training after doing the basic routine, push yourself a bit further with an optional fitness challenge.

This is totally optional, but if you're keen for more, jump right in.

This routine focusses on the basic conditioning exercises:  push ups, sit ups, squat kicks & burpees.
