14 Day Training Challenge (Little Champions)

The 14 Day Karate Training Challenge for Little Champions is suitable for all children aged 4-7 yrs.

The course consists of a daily training routine, with a new routine every day.

The routines are fun and interactive, but most of all teach your Little Champion some great karate skills and life skills too.

14 Day Training Challenge (New Students)

The 14 Day Karate Training Challenge for New Students is suitable for absolute beginners students (white belts).

The course consists of 2 parts each day:  a basic training routine and a fitness challenge routine.  Each day only one of the routines is required and the other routine is optional.

If you choose to do only the required routine each day, you will complete all of sessions by the end of the 14 day period.  If you choose to do both routines each day, you will complete the entire challenge twice within the 14 day period.

The basic training routine will be the same every time and it will form the foundation of your training throughout the challenge. It is not designed to give you detailed explanations of how to do things, instead it is designed to help you get into the habit of doing productive home training suitable for your level.

Although the routine remains the same each day, the goal will be to seek continual improvement each time you do it.  Even if it's just a 1% improvement, over time, that will add up to a whole lot of growth.
