Stretching Beyond Your Comfort Zone

Check out how these boys are STRETCHING their comfort zone. Maybe we can all learn a thing or two from Matthew & Wes.

For most people, when they learn something new it's a bit difficult, maybe even a bit uncomfortable. But in the dojo, the goal is always to lean into it and challenge ourselves.

Little by little we want to make the uncomfortable, comfortable. If you want to succeed in the dojo & life, that's how you do it.

March Student Attendance Recognition

Congratulations to all students training 8 lessons or more throughout March. Please continue to actively support and encourage each other to keep turning up and put in your best effort especially when you don't feel like it.

It is when you don't feel like doing something that you have to dig deeper and push yourself out of your comfort zone. We all know that magic happens when you step outside of your comfort zone.

Your words of encouragement may help one person get back on track and/or propel them towards achieving their goals. Helping one person elevate their energy creates a ripple effect and every person they come into contact with will also benefit from this energy.

I challenge you to make it a practice in your day. Who can you acknowledge and/or show appreciation to?

Be the person to find the good in others and let them know.
Be the person to encourage others to tap into their greatness.
