Demonstrations of Chito-Ryu kihon & kata.

The Kihon section is a series of videos featuring 2nd Generation Chito-Ryu Soke. Filmed at: The Australian Institute of Karate, Tasseikan, Sydney, Australia. – 2011.

The kihon kata & kata videos feature Martin Phillips Sensei (5th Dan, Shinan, at the time of filming). Filmed at: Sunshine Coast Karate, QLD, Australia. – 2022.  The kata section only includes kata Shihohai – Sanshiryu.  The following kata are NOT included:  Kusanku, Kusanku dai, Ryusan & Sanchin.
