Personalised Video Training Program (Deluxe)

A comprehensive video home-training program for Karate or Kobujutsu to take you to the next level of your training devilvered to you over a period of time, up to 12 months.  The program will be tailored to your personal needs and will give personalised training routines to help guide you to the next level and beyond.  All routines will be developed by Master Instructors, Martin 0r Sandra Phillips (5th Dan, Rensehi, Chito-Ryu Karate-Do).

In total you will receive 6 different training routines delivered to you over a period of time, each routine will include the following:

1. Assessment of your current skills & goals (recorded).  Approx 20 mins.
2. A personalised training routine with full instructions, for self training (20-30 mins)
3. An assessment routine (5-10 mins) – for you to perform, film and send back to us.  So we can quickly assess how you are progressing.
4. A video review of your assessment routine – We’ll send you video feedback and more training ideas (15-20 mins).
5. Email access about your program for up to 12 months.
